Given time_format was invalid

Good morning everyone. I need some help. I installed OPENVAS on Kali and there was no error. When I try to change the admin password, using the password created by the system, I get the following message: Given time_format wa invalid.admin and it won’t let me change the password, it won’t let me do the scans because it says the database is invalid. Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what it could be?
