Weird CPE info for Notepad++ 7.8.4

Hi All,

i got some weird behavior after doing a scan on a test setup.

i intentionally installed Notepad++ 7.8.4 to see if OpenVAS raised any issues.

Initially it was OK, but when i clicked on the detected Notepad++ application, i got this:

Is my local CPE database corrupted somehow?

What is the Quality of Detection (QoD) for that NVT?

Note that this question is unrelated to any VT and none is referencing / using CVE-2014-6750.
