VM freezes when inactive

For the GVM I built a VM in vSphere client with Ubunu Linux 24.04 OS.
The application and scanning works fine, however when I am inactive for some time (let say 10min) and the VM locked itself, I can’t access de VM via the web console, It freezes:
freeze

I don’t have any controls at this point.

Only solution I found is to reset the VM and than I can login to the VM again.

Does anyone recognize this issue? Maybe some tips to prevent the VM from this ‘freeze’?

You can check the check the logs, but it sounds like a vSphere issue.
