we have a virtual test appliance and have to log in there with a personalized user account for compliance reasons. Now everyone only sees their own tasks and reports, that shouldn’t be the case. Basically, it’s enough for every user to be able to see every task, every report, every asset, etc. With one exception, one user should only have read access but also to everything. Chapter 9 in the manual talks about additional permissions like get_user but I couldn’t get it to work. For example, I created a role ReadOnly, assigned it the get_user permission and assigned this role to the user who should only read, but without success.At least not in my Community Edition at home in the test lab. Can someone explain the principle to me or give me a trick on how we can easily implement the requirements?
