User cant see other users tasks, and settings

Hi,

I am using the latest version of the community edition and found if I create 2 users X and Y, then log in using user X and create a task, log out then log in using user Y I can’t see the task. I have tested the opposite and it’s accurate, My question is how to make sure all users with admin permission can see other users’ tasks.

Thanks, I was hoping to share every tasks using one share but I think its not doable
