The Greenbone Vulnerability Manager service is not responding

Hello Community,

I am facing a problem with the Greenbone-Enterprise-TRIAL-22.04.24 - i converted the provided .ova file into a vhdx, so i can run the VM on Hyper-V - everything was fine, i did some scans but after 2 months i have the problem Greenbone-Vulnerability-Manager.service is not responding - unfortunately i have no permissions in the CLI to get some logs or restart the service manually.
The problem occurs also after reboot - do you have an advice?
