I am facing this error message:”The Greenbone Vulnerability Manager service is not responding. This could be due to system maintenance. Please try again later, check the system status, or contact your system administrator.” when I try to login on the web, I have to tried to look into the issue and I found out gvmd service is not running even though it is enabled, I tried to restart the service but the permission was denied from SSH, where I used the admin user, when I tried to have the root access by using command Sudo -i then error message shows up “Sorry, user admin is not allowed to execute ‘/bin/bash’ as root on gea.gbuser.net”
kindly assist me, I am using Greenbone appliance on Oracle Virtualbox, and I am using Greenbone OS 24.10.9.
