The SecInfo Portal is a GSM ONE configured to allow guest access to the SecInfo part of the Greenbone Security Feed:

We updated the portal to the new GOS 5. This makes it possible to quickly and easily get a first impression of the new GUI we reimplemented from scratch. The layout remains familiar for you, but now it follows responsive design. Try out the new feel!
For convenience we added legacy support for cross links into the SecInfo portal. So, wherever links to certain NVTs were published, these links will still work.
