Hi, I am attempting to do external scans of my public facing web servers, but GCE finds no hosts. The servers are behind firewalls with ping turned off, but ports are open including http 80 https 443 and misc. tcp and udp ports. How do I get GCE to do a port scan/vulnerability scan of my servers?

Scanning targets behind a firewall often is a bit sketchy. I would try it with the “Consider Alive” function. But keep in mind that a “consider alive” scan can take much longer on large ranges of IP’s.
