I am unable to pull any containers, still gives “connection refused”.

Hi,

I tired installing openvas using `sudo docker compose -f openvas.yml -p greenbone-community-edition pull`

but resulting in connection refused.

* connect to 45.135.106.145 port 443 from 192.168.31.179 port 61719 failed: Connection refused

I’ve been trying all weekend and I’m still receiving Connection refused. I have tried different networks with the same result.
