OVA Error in VMWARE

Please assist and see the attached screenshot error when installing / opening OVA trial version in VMWare Workstation. Thank you.

I would try downloading the ova again in case there is corruption. I tried it in vmware workstation 17.6.2 and ESXi 8 and boots fine in both.
