Openvas9 Scan-Config / Zero NVTs

I downloaded the Openvas9-Manager from source and now have a PostgresSQL backed scanner. The update goes well, the sync’s go well, but when I log into openvas-gsa.

I would perform a scan. The scan would complete in less than 1 minute. I then went to Configuration --> Scan-Config. All of the NVTs for each of the scan configuration was “0.” I’ve been troubleshooting this all night, I can’t seem to figure it out. Has anyone else come across this before?

Jeez. It took forever to figure this out. There is a difference between openvasmd --rebuild and openvasmd --update. openvasmd --update forces the client to speak with the manager. That solved our problem. Thank you!
