NVTI cache initialization failed

I am using Greenbone Enterprise.

I have downloaded the image for VMware Workstation Player and used the trial license.

When I am scanning a target I get the error NVTI cache initialization failed and the scan stops with the message Interrupted at 0%.

I have also checked the logs:

The above logs mentions that OpenVAS Scanner failed to load VTs.

I can also see the feed status that is ok:

Is the above issue related with the feeds?

I assume that you downloaded a Greenbone Enterprise TRIAL from Greenbone Enterprise TRIAL 14 days for free - Greenbone, and you also requested a test key via that page and added it on the appliance? Is that correct?

If this is the case you need to run a feed update as described in 7 Managing the Greenbone Operating System - Greenbone Enterprise Appliance – GOS 22.04.20 to get the correct feed. Please note that this will take a while. You can track the progress via journalctl -f.
