Well. then you need use something like Debian 12? or recompile newer libcurl to ubuntu?

Hi, I updated the source build docs to the latest releases of our software components and checked if they build on Debian stable. Which works btw. Sadly I didn’t check Ubuntu 22.04 and I think at least Ubuntu 24.04 is required nowadays because of the required libcurl version. The docs have to be updated accordingly.

For Ubuntu users, the process is supposed to run on version 22.04 LTS.
The lates… t version of curl in Ubuntu 22.04 is 7.81.0.
But when the first cmake command for gvm-libs, throws error that libcurl version 7.83.0 is required.
Documentation needs amendment for Ubuntu version and libcurl.

## Why
libcurl >= 7.83.0 is… required for current gvm-libs and Ubuntu 22.04 comes with 7.81.0 only. Therefore gvm-libs can't be build on Ubuntu 22.04 anymore. Raise the requirement to Ubuntu 24.04 which ships with a sufficient libcurl version.
