LDAP Users and Groups Missing

Hello everyone,

we are using the Greenbone Community Edition on our Kali Linux system.
We are using ldap authentication for the gsa. It worked fine for the last year, but suddenly it stopped working.
The users are not listed in the user overview of the web frontend and also the group, we used to control the permissions for the users is missing.

Does anyone have an idea or a tip as to where the problem might be?
I would appreciate it.

Hello Eric!

Which version of the Greenbone Community Edition are you currently using, and which were you using last year?

It is possible that you no longer have permissions to view the corresponding user and groups. Have you tried to create a user with the role “Super Admin” and check for the missing objects as that user?
