Latest version

Hello, I’m a kind, stupid Russian boy, and I want to ask you, hard-working people, a question.
Can I update this version of OpenVas to the latest one?

For example, DeepSeek gave me this command to launch OpenVas, which was also installed according to its rules, but it keeps giving me endless errors. I’m sad.

docker run -d --name openvas -p 9392:9392 -e GVM_HTTP_ONLY=1 securecompliance/gvm - bad command (idk)

I also fixed the HTTPS issues and even downloaded an extension to disable the CPU.
I don’t know what Deepseek conjured up for me here, but what’s more important to me is whether I can upgrade from the old 2019 version of OpenVas, or at least update the databases CVE/CVS NVS (idk) to the latest ones?

Versions:

  1. docker exec -it openvas gsad --version

*pls I’ve been suffering for 3 days trying to do something about this, help me, I just need urgent security (not 2019, but 2026) That’s all I could do, I’m afraid to take risks.

This is a very old version and the docker image therefore seems to be unmaintained.
