I’m on Ubuntu 22.04 that doesn’t contain out-of-box solution for community edition. So I can use this fact to my own benefit. As of now the only functionality I want from the solution - to execute set of certain NASL scripts (e.g. 3rd party scripts like one that detects if OS on target reached end of life).
How can I install the minimum of software to get openvas-nasl utility works to reach my goal? Thank you very much in advance.

That will not work, you need a full scanner and if you need results the Manager is needed as well to enrich vulnerability information and not only results from the NVT.
