I have tried restarting service, but not able to get back the service. Any T-Shooting steps please

For my case issue still exist, shall i reinstall OpenVAS v9 on the existing setup. I have updated my Ubuntu v18 recently. Need suggestions on this please,

Do i have to take a backup of the DB, if i have to then please share me the procedures if any.
