I have problem with login to GSA in version 20.08. I have communitate "An error occurred durin making the request. Most likely the web server does not repond. I’m using parror OS and I update system at the same time updated OpenVas from version 9 to 20. Check-setup was all steps OK.Maybe someone knows the problem 
I resolved problem, I installed libcrypt20-dev and libpg-error-dev.
