Greenbone-feed-sync feed-update.lock locked by another process

Hi everybody,
I’m trying to update the feed after first installation of gvm but I’m encountering the following issue:
I tried with greenbone-feed-sync, greenbone-feed-sync --type GVMD_DATA, etc. but the terminal is locked in this loop:
“Trying to acquire lock on /var/lib/gvm/feed-update.lock
/var/lib/gvm/feed-update.lock is locked by another process. Waiting 5 seconds before next try.”
How can I solve this issue?

Hi,

either wait and be patient or shutdown gvmd before running greenbone-feed-sync and restart it afterwards. If the lock file at /var/lib/gvm/feed-update.lock is still available after you did shutdown gvmd you can safely delete it.

Hello, I try to delete feed-update.lock but when I restart the command greenbone-feed-sync appare the same problem and the feeds it doesn’t update

but worked for me, I faced same issue today I deleted with RM and executed feed-sync command and worked for me,
