Greenbone-feed-sync failes

I have implemented openvas construction as per the instructions based on the following documentation.> Building from Source(Greenbone Community Documentation)
However, when I enter “sudo /usr/local/bin/greenbone-feed-sync” I get an error and the Feed is not syncing properly.

openvas4@openvas4:~$ sudo /usr/local/bin/greenbone-feed-sync
[sudo] password for openvas4:
Running as root. Switching to user ‘gvm’ and group ‘gvm’.
Trying to acquire lock on /var/lib/openvas/feed-update.lock

The above four are also similar errors.

・Ubuntu 22.04

I checked the firewall and the administrator replied that no TCP/873 communication was seen in the logs.
I have Ipv6 enabled on this server and UFW is “inactive”.

I am seeking help on how to solve this problem.
Also, any advice on troubleshooting would be appreciated.
