Greenbone Enterprise TRIAL OVF versions

Hi,
When downloading the Vmware OVF, some days back, the fileName was GSM-TRIAL-22.04.3-VMware-Workstation.

GEA-TRIAL-22.04.4-VMware-Workstation is now being offered for download.
May I please ask, should they referr to the Greenbone Community Edition
a)how can I upgrade my 22.04.3 to -22.04.4?
b) where can I find the differences between 22.04.3 and 22.04.4?

Not sure if it is related, but I could not find some options such as SNMP, Airgap… in the setup menus of the -22.04.3.

As I wrote already in the other topic Help updating feeds on GSM 22.04.3 - #2 by bricks you have downloaded a trial version of our Greenbone Enterprise Appliance.

The TRIAL has a limited feature set and it is not possible to update to a newer release.
