I’m new to OpenVAS and I was wondering if Greenbone, which is operating the enterprise version, operates the community version as well regarding updates and bugs (clearly not technical or any kind of support).
Yes, it is called Greenbone Community Edition nowadays btw.

Any idea of how large is the community using Greenbone Community Edition? is the product well adopted among the community or the majority migrated to paid version?
I’m trying get a better understanding if in the future I could rely on support here given Greenbone doesn’t have technical support for this one.

if you need reliable support you should buy a paid product. Questions in this forum are answered on a volunteering basis by Greenbone employees mostly.
