Feeds failing scap and cert, though nvt works

I have tried from this host, and many others, with and w/o firewalls and NAT. This systems does not seem to answer. It did work a couple of weeks ago.

poking more at this through the day, it connected a couple of times.

Is this common? I have a stable older release, that just started to complain about it’s age in each scan report. That system has no issues getting feed connections.
