Feed Servers Stuck in 2024 - very important

Hello Greenbone Team,

I am reporting a critical, system-wide issue with the community feed servers.

The current date is November 12, 2025. However, your feed servers appear to be stuck in May 2024.

This is causing a global outage for all users. Here is the evidence I have gathered:

Initial Sync Problem: When I first installed GCE, my system correctly downloaded the feed data and stamped the files with the current November 2025 date. My NVT version string is 20251106T0712.
Update Sync Failure: On all subsequent attempts to sync, rsync compares my system’s correct 2025 files to the outdated 2024 files on your server and downloads nothing, concluding my data is already newer.
Security Certificate Failure: The SSL certificates on your servers are from 2024 and are therefore seen as expired, which can block connections entirely.
This is a catastrophic failure that prevents anyone in the world from receiving security updates. The servers need to have their system clocks corrected to the current date immediately.

What do you mean exactly by GCE? I suspect you mean a very old testing VM of our product.

We are not experiencing a global outage for all users or a catastrophic failure currently with the community feed servers, the situation you describe sounds specific to this installation.

Please tell us what specific version you installed, the operating system you installed it on and the install method, thank you.
