Export more than 1000 Lines of Report

Hello, I know this topic was previously discussed but the latest topic on that matter was closed about a year ago saying this is considered a bug ( How to change the limitation of 1000 lines on report from docker install - #9 by bricks ) .

Are there any updates on this topic, because I just finished a huge scan with a lot more than 1000 results and I am unable to export these. I already tried various “solutions” that I found here, such as using this filter

ignore_pagination=1 levels=hmlg min_qod=0

or trying to change the immutable max rows value with:

gvmd --modify-setting 76374a7a-0569-11e6-b6da-28d24461215b --value 10000

I also tried modifying parameters in the GET request to /gmp to increase the rows, values such as 10000, -1 or 0 do not work either.

Any help would be appreciated, I am trying to export as .csv and I am running version 25.3.1 which was available on kali.

You could verify your system resources if simply to confirm that it’s not likely due to lack of RAM. Check the logs look to see if any services are crashing / restarting?

Otherwise, I have no update on the state of this issue. :slight_smile:

For such big networks Greenbone is offering special Enterprise Appliances, you do need a lot of RAM and a very fast storage for the database. A VM on spinning rust does not help you at all here.

I should’ve been more specific on what “does not work”. I am not hitting any resource limits. The exported reports just include a maximum of 1000 lines no matter what. I just needed the confirmation that the bug has not been addressed. Thanks for the replies :slight_smile:
