I followed the instructions marked with FIX, but nevertheless continue to get that message.
Please assist. Thank you.

BTW I realize a similar issue to this has already been opened via Admin user password reset not working
but before berating me, please note a solution was never provided and the issue was closed. I’m seeking an actual answer.
