Email Alert When Creating a Task (Ticket Received)

Hello everybody! All good?

Dear, I need help regarding the creation of an email alert.

Specifically in the option of (Ticket Received).

Even configuring the email option, which is working normally sending by postfix.

But when checking the option (Ticket Received), I do not receive anything in my email.

But if I set up an alert for when (Task run status changed to: Done), I get the email normally and up to the (Report.pdf).

What can this be?
