Docker Compose Stack report-formats failing

I’m trying to use the docker-compose Stack from Greenbone Community Containers - Greenbone Community Documentation but the report-formts Container is failing and therefore also the stack itself:

Kind Regards,

After splitting the stack into multiple stages:

Stage 1:
services:
- vulnerability-tests
- notus-data
- scap-data
- cert-bund-data
- data-objects
- gpg-data

Stage 2:
services:
- report-formats
- redis-server
- pg-gvm

Stage 3:
- all other services

All images are prepulled and only started. However, i also notice issues updating the admin password like described in Greenbone Community Containers - Greenbone Community Documentation which fails with the following message after being retried for 2 hours every minute:

md main-Message: 17:42:21.824: Greenbone Vulnerability Manager version 24.3.4 (DB revision 256)
        Failed to find user.

I guess the user doesn’t exist yet.

Even after waiting multiple hours, the user user didn’t show up. Therefore in such cases i now create the user myself.

It’s quite confusing which error will happen on startup, but 8 of 9 starts are not successful… In current run, the report format from above did show again…

Next error message on new instance:
{"error":true,"message":"Error response from daemon: failed to mkdir /var/lib/docker/volumes/greenbone-community-edition_openvas_data_vol/_data/gnupg: mkdir /var/lib/docker/volumes/greenbone-community-edition_openvas_data_vol/_data/gnupg: file exists"}

Hi, could you check if you maybe run out of disk space on /var/lib?

cp: can't create '/mnt/21.04/report-formats/xml-a994b278-1f62-11e1-96ac-406186ea4fc5.xml': No such file or directory

This is suspicious and should never ever happen.

According to monitoring, which picks up values every 30 seconds, least disk space free was 25GB. In the above case the machine started consuming about 40GB from start of the containers until it flatted out at that value.
