"Deprecated TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 Protocol Detection" was detected at IP of ALB, but not detected at DNS of the same ALB

I scanned IP address of an ALB and DNS of the same ALB in an AWS account by using GSA 22.5.
The result is that, “Deprecated TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 Protocol Detection” was detected for the IP address, but not for the DNS.

My question is : Why those results are different ?
