I’m currently evaluating GreenBone Cloud Services and have successfully set up the system, including deploying a gateway on an ESXi host within my internal network. The gateway shows as connected in the GreenBone Cloud interface, and its local web interface confirms that all setup tasks have been completed.
I’ve created and executed a vulnerability scan task, which ran successfully. However, the scan results are underwhelming — they only include devices located on the same subnet as the gateway.
The subnet where the gateway resides has full access to other internal subnets, so I’m trying to determine whether the gateway is actually able to reach those other segments. I haven’t found a way to access the gateway console to run basic connectivity tests (such as pinging other subnets), and available documentation on this topic is limited.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have advice on how to troubleshoot connectivity from the gateway?
