Cannot create remediation tickets

I’m missing the ticket icon:
Going through Scans/Vulnerabilities I click on the first vulnerability and at the top left of the page I have Help, NVT List, Export, Add note, add Override, corr. results and corr. vulnerabilities - but no ticket creation icon. :frowning_face:

gvm-libs 22.10.0, gvmd 23.8.1, pg-gvm 22.6.5, GSA 23.2.1, gsad 22.11.0, openvas-smb 22.5.3, openvas-scanner 23.8.2, ospd-openvas 22.7.1, openvasd 23.8.2 on debian 12.

Somebody had a similar question in 2021, which was not answered…

Do I miss any prerequisites for a ticket?

Just found it:
After clicking on the vulnerability you have to first click on the magnifying glass icon which then appears right below!

At that moment the ticket icon will appear in the head line. :nerd_face:
