Automated e-mail reports and scan scheduling

Hi,

Is it possible to schedule tasks and send automated e-mail PDF reports with the GCE VM Appliance, or is it required to use the source edition?

No, schedules and alerts are not available in the GCE see https://www.greenbone.net/en/community-edition/ for a comparison.
