The message is telling you that components from your installation are out of date. To resolve it you’ll want to use the current version (now 22.4). Thanks!

for AlienVault, they are using a custom build of some of our modules integrated into their larger software suite (if I understand right) and they handle the upgrade path for the suite. The best thing to do is contact AT&T Security, they have a help portal here: https://success.alienvault.com/s/support

While the answer has been already given (to contact the vendor of that product) just a short additional note. The VT in question already includes hints / solution which could be followed:

Update to the latest available stable release for your scan environment. Please check the references for more information. If you’re using packages provided by your Linux distribution please contact the maintainer of the used distribution / repository and request updated packages.

If you want to accept the risk of a possible decreased scan coverage or missing detection of vulnerabilities on the target you can set a global override for this script as described in the linked GSM manual.
