Alerts using SMB

Hi All, I’m trying to setup alerts to save out csv file to a folder. I have setup the share and confirm I can access it form my desktop using the the username and password. When I do a test of the alert it give me an error. can someone take a look at my config and let me know if im doing something wrong in the settings.

That needs a back end and is only available on the enterprise appliance.

Thank you for the info. Can I use any of the alerts like SMTP or SCP to auto generate the files? or all of the alerts needs the backend.
