After Upgrade to 22.04.10 the Greenbone appliance is not available

Used Greenbone Enterprise Appliance version: 22.04.9

Event though the logs say the following:
gsm_upgrade.py: GOS 22.04.10 installed successfully.
pam_unix(sudo:session): session closed for user root

The appliance is just not available, the web interface does not load and the shell is not accessable.
