I checked, i have nmap and Feed Status is current.

Just like what @cfi said, I would add in to check your Scan Configs by either “Editing”/“Cloning” them in GSA. Go to “Port scanner” plugin, enable it, and “Save”. Here is an image of what it looks when you are modifying the default Scan Config “Full and fast”:
If enabling the whole “Port scanners” family you could run into various issues like e.g. too long scan times (due to multiple enabled port scanners) and similar.
