I think those scripts are no longer included in the Kali install because they have been depreciated. The new command is greenbone-feed-sync you can see the docs with install instructions here. Also, if you installed Greenbone using native Kali packages sudo apt install gvm or sudo apt install openvas I think you can use the sudo gvm-feed-update.
