Your are right, i already have the visudo with the user correctly write.
gvm ALL = NOPASSWD: /opt/gvm/sbin/openvas
But not updated my secure_path with the correct prefix 
secure_path=“/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/snap/bin:/opt/gvm/sbin”
