first of all please format your post accordingly to Start Here - #3 by bricks for better readability.
Second your issue has nothing to do with our software. You added a Ubuntu PPA (for Ubuntu Packages of our software mrazavi/openvas) which seems to be not available anymore. Just remove the PPA and do an apt update afterwards.
