Due to the licensing changes by Redis https://redis.io/blog/what-redis-license-change-means-for-our-managed-service-providers/ I’ve played around with Valkey. and it is now included in “The ugly bash scripts” for automating the install of Greenbone Community Edition on my GitHub.

Installing Valkey from source. Please change the .env file to install valkey (VALKEY_INSTALL=“Yes”) as it is set to no by default (thus installing Redis).
Testing so far indicates no issues, but you never know…
