Ospd-openvas container stuck

I have issue when start scan. when i check logs of ospd-openvas , it always stopping with below log

WARNING: (ospd_openvas.preferencehandler) The VT 1.3.6.1.4.1.25623.1.0.130128 was not found and it will not be added to the plugin scheduler.
