How can I change username “admin”?

Hello Guys,

I would like to change username "admin " to “infra”. How can I do?

Hello GC_m,

Based on my own experience the ‘Greenbone Security Assistant’ doesn’t allow renaming of the ‘admin’ user. So, in my own case, where I also neede a differently named (admin) user, I simply chose to add an additional user with the user name and role (admin) required.

Follow menu path: Administration tab → Menu item ‘Users’ → Icon ‘New User’ **

** : Next to the ‘?’ Icon located top-left.
