Fix for PO syntax error in gsa-7.0.3/src/po/gsad_js-fr.po

During my install of gsa-7.0.3, I received a PO syntax error.

Fix:
Edit “gsa-7.0.3/src/po/gsad_js-fr.po”
Line 420 should start with “msgstr” instead of “msgid”
