Where i try got report in format CSV_HOSTS i take exseption.
If i am wrong, please correct me.

Missing configuration files usually indicate that the install is incomplete and is still loading things in the background. If this is a new install, you can try it later to see if it has caught up. If this is an existing install that has worked before, please let us know how you installed it, what version you are using, and on what operating system. Thanks!

I got problem after installation, but another report_format_id work corectly. My versions Greenbone is 22.4 and i use Kali linux 2022.4. The problem occurs only when I try to use this option.

Could you please first check whether all the report formats are in place? You can use the following command (you may need to tune it up a little bit depending on your installation setup):
docker-compose -f /root/greenbone-community-edition/docker-compose-22.4.yml -p greenbone-community-edition logs -f gvmd | grep "Report format"
Hopefully some lines may include the report formats, like the following ones:

I dont use docker. Please, write to me another command for reading log file because I dont know where it is. 
(I think problem because in report_format_id CSV_HOSTS at the end contains double quote symbol).

Check one the following paths:
/var/log/gvm/gvmd.log
/usr/local/var/log/gvm/gvmd.log
If not successful, use the find command (or similar) to locate the file gvmd.log.
