No.
if you have this other product installed somewhere you could run “nasl -VV plugin.nbin” to get a description of the plugin from the command-line.
These .nbin files are encoded aka compiled for a reason.
But if you find out what they check, there is a good chance that you find one of our VTs that covers the specific vulnerability too and you can read our VTs and see what they are doing.
